Getting Work

Your Recruitment Edge consultant will always endeavour to ensure that you are offered the most suitable assignments.  When you choose to undertake an assignment with us, we ask that you:

  • Commit to the entire length of the assignment.
  • Inform your Recruitment Edge consultant of any upcoming events that may make you unable to work during the period of your assignment.
  • Postpone any interviews for other positions until the course of your assignment is complete – feel free to contact your consultant at any time to discuss your options.

Obviously these requests are designed to maintain our relationship with our client companies, which will, in turn, lead to more temporary assignments.

Assignment Details

Before you start an assignment, your consultant will call you with the following details:

  • Duties of the position
  • Duration of the assignment
  • Hours of work
  • Client name and address
  • Who you will report to
  • Pay rates
  • Any other necessary details.
