To $85K base + super + generous commission (OTE $135K)

Your Role:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team (4) of high-performing Sales Consultants whilst managing your own pipeline of B2C customers. This is a hands-on inbound role - 80% on the phone & 20% leading your team & assisting the Manager with various activities.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Responding to inbound customer enquiries and converting them from interest to subscription

Managing the full customer pipeline with precision, ensuring every enquiry is contacted, nurtured, and followed up to maximise conversion and reduce lead leakage

Clearly articulating the company's value proposition, unique business model, and how their offering supports driver success in the rideshare space

Being a product expert, able to confidently educate customers on the full vehicle portfolio, including mainstream models, electric vehicles (EVs), high-capacity people movers, and luxury cars

Working cross-functionally with depot and operations teams to align with business priorities

Driving high levels of customer satisfaction with a solutions-first approach

Mentoring and coaching Sales Consultants to improve performance and hit KPIs

Providing support in onboarding, process improvement, and team planning

Taking ownership of team reporting, pipeline tracking, and forecasting where required

Helping shape the team culture and contributing ideas to broader sales strategy
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Proven success in a phone-based sales role with high conversion rates
-
2-3 years of B2C sales experience, ideally in rideshare, mobility, automotive, or subscription industries

Demonstrated interest or experience in team support, mentoring, or leadership

Good Microsoft Excel skills for sales reporting and tracking

CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a bonus

Strategic thinker with a desire to grow into a long-term leadership career

Ability to work alternate Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)
