Your Role:

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficient monitoring of online orders
  • Responding to customer product & service delivery inquiries via phone & email
  • Liaising with customer in relation to delayed orders and returns
  • Reviewing & streamlining processes and procedures to ensure seamless fulfillment and delivery of orders
  • Reviewing Web Inventory Management for outstanding items and liaising with Suppliers regarding estimated time for delivery
  • Managing POS generated reports to ensure web order information has been downloaded correctly


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in a hands-on customer service | online orders role
  • Excellent communication skills with proven delivery of high level customer service
  • Ability to streamline customer-centric processes
  • Some previous experience in a senior level role leading | supervisor others
  • Understanding of Web Inventory management
  • Intermediate Excel skills
