This successful Australian company is an exclusive distributor and installer of luxury designer commercial products. They are looking for a dedicated team leader/operations coordinator to assist the management team deliver a high level of product and service to their customers. 

This is a key role focused on managing and scheduling a dedicated team as well as follow up relating to delivery and after sales service requests. This is a rare opportunity to join a well established award winning company. 


Duties will include:

  • Daily liaison with suppliers and clients 
  • Confirm delivery and availability dates with suppliers plus update & maintain supplier and delivery information
  • Update and maintain in house ERP 
  • Generate and present management reports
  • Prepare and update supply/delivery spreadsheets and run sheets
  • Communication with distribution and sales departments in-house 
  • Lead, motivate and manage a small team (6) of installers
  • Compete regular performance reviews and present to management
  • All other adhoc duties as required


Essential requirements of the role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced skills on MS Office plus experience on ERP systems
