4-6 months Sales Support Administrator position, you will enjoy a busy role supporting the sales team with retail orders.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Processing retailer sale orders
- Assisting with training new staff
- Processing retailer inquiries relating to orders- confirming orders, delivery enquiries, promotions etc.
- Liaising with freight companies and chasing up delivery time
- Processing stock returns from retailers
- Reporting in Excel
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
Essential requirements of the role include:
- SAP experience is ESSENTIAL
- Strong data entry skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong MS Office skills
- Immediate availability
