Customer Service Representative

• New temporary position available NOW - 3 months approx. with strong potential for extension and | or permanent

• End-to-end B2B customer service role including handling customer phone inquiries and processing orders

• Great team environment. Mon to Fri. 08:30am to 04:30pm (with occasional later shift)

• To $36.81 per hour + on-site parking

• Fantastic new offices at Wetherill Park + free on-site parking

The Company:

Your Role:

You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the efficient and accurate management and processing of customer orders & inquiries to ensure the delivery of a great customer experience.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and processing inbound customer contacts relating to order inquiries, order placement, product, supply, pricing & delivering questions (via phone & email)

• Composing accurate & prompt replies to all customer correspondence

• Reviewing and entering customer orders

• Maintaining & updating the database 

• Processing credits & returns; opening new customer accounts; preparing quotes

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a product-based  high-volume inbound customer service role including the processing of orders

• Accurate keyboard skills and computer literacy

• Exposure to Medical | Healthcare or FMCG industries an advantage

• Experience using SAP (or similar) preferred
