Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Perform general office duties to support the team as required

Accurately maintaining records of documentation

Coordinating meeting rooms & company calendars
-
Ordering supplies and ensuring office equipment is maintained
Requirements:

Excellent organizational and time management skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

Professional demeanour and positive attitude
