Strong focus on Safety & Quality (ISO certified for both)

Great work culture and hours – 8am to 4:30pm, Mon-Thu with a 4:00pm finish on Fri

Handover with current Warehouse Manager

Free on-site parking & close to Green Square train station

To $110K + 5 weeks annual leave + uniform
The Company:

Your Role:
Reporting directly to the GM, you will play a key role in ensuring that the current quality, distribution & service standards are upheld whilst leading & mentoring a dedicated team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Supervising the processing of dispatch orders, including final QA checks

Overseeing the weekly rolling & annual stocktakes
-
Mentoring staff including quarterly performance reviews
-
Ensuring quality, productivity targets, delivery of budget, and environmental objectives are met

Maintaining WHS & security standards
-
Coordinating the repacking & testing of products & production schedules
-
Ordering packaging & warehouse supplies
-
Liaising with suppliers & transport providers
-
Managing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment
-
Responding to & actioning customer service communication
-
Taking a hands-on role & assisting with all warehouse activities according to demand
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Substantial experience in end-to-end warehouse operations & management
-
Well-developed leadership skills
-
Experience using ERP | Warehouse Management systems
-
Current Forklift licence
