Your Role:
As a Field Service Technician you will join a team that plays a critical role in delivering products to customers. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing Warehouse teams, you will be responsible for delivering on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment and systems at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Reporting to the Service Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:

Installing, configuring, and testing equipment at customer sites

Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or software issues

Performing scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs

Maintaining accurate service records and documentation

Managing inventory of tools, spare parts, and service kits

Maintaining technical knowledge of company products

Maintaining working knowledge of compliance requirements

Educating customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting

Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company standards
-
Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues
-
Providing feedback on recurring issues and suggesting improvements
-
Travelling to customer sites across Sydney
Note: Start time is typically between 7am to 8am, however, earlier starts between 5am & 6am may be required on some occasions
ESSENTIAL Skills & Experience:
-
Previous experience servicing & installing gaming machines
-
Current Gaming Machine Technician Licence
-
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
-
MS office skills
-
Physically able to perform manual handling | lifting & stand for long periods of time
