Your Role:

You will play a key role responsible for setting up, maintaining, and repairing light industrial machinery & ancillary systems in a high-volume production environment as-well-as performing production operator activities to support the achievement of daily operation targets.

Some key responsibilities will include:

• Performing basic machine adjustments during product changeovers

• Conducting routine preventative maintenance on production machinery, utilities, and facility equipment to maximise uptime & equipment reliability

• Troubleshooting & diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults, and perform timely correction actions to minimise disruption

• Using the maintenance management system to schedule, log, and track all maintenance activities, ensuring data accuracy & compliance

• Operating light industrial machinery for product decoration

• Ensuring the fulfilment & quality of decorated products

• Performing in-progress quality checks

• Monitoring material usage

• Managing raw materials, work orders, and machine setup efficiently

• Supporting end-to-end production tasks, including material handling, machine operation, packing, and preparation for shipment

• Collaborating with team members & other departments to ensure smooth production flow

Required Skills & Experience:

• Trade qualification - mechanical or electrical OR equivalent proven hands-on experience maintaining industrial machinery

• Solid understanding of industrial equipment including mechanical drives, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems

• Experience using systems for managing maintenance work orders& records

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or packing environments an advantage

• Strong communications skills and willingness to work across time zones with international teams

• Commitment to safety & continuous improvement

• Strong problem-solving and organisation skills
