Your Role:
You will play a key role responsible for setting up, maintaining, and repairing light industrial machinery & ancillary systems in a high-volume production environment as-well-as performing production operator activities to support the achievement of daily operation targets.
Some key responsibilities will include:

Performing basic machine adjustments during product changeovers
-
Conducting routine preventative maintenance on production machinery, utilities, and facility equipment to maximise uptime & equipment reliability

Troubleshooting & diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults, and perform timely correction actions to minimise disruption
-
Using the maintenance management system to schedule, log, and track all maintenance activities, ensuring data accuracy & compliance

Operating light industrial machinery for product decoration

Ensuring the fulfilment & quality of decorated products
-
Performing in-progress quality checks
-
Monitoring material usage
-
Managing raw materials, work orders, and machine setup efficiently
-
Supporting end-to-end production tasks, including material handling, machine operation, packing, and preparation for shipment

Collaborating with team members & other departments to ensure smooth production flow
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Trade qualification - mechanical or electrical OR equivalent proven hands-on experience maintaining industrial machinery
-
Solid understanding of industrial equipment including mechanical drives, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems
-
Experience using systems for managing maintenance work orders& records
-
Experience in production, manufacturing, or packing environments an advantage

Strong communications skills and willingness to work across time zones with international teams

Commitment to safety & continuous improvement

Strong problem-solving and organisation skills
