The Company:
Established in 1981 by a group of independent Jewellers who joined together to improve their buying power, this shareholder & member-based organisation, now supports over 150 member retailers in Australia & New Zealand with a range of services including buying, marketing, and training as-well-as access to an extensive supplier base at both the local and international level.
Your Role:
Reporting directly to the Marketing | Merchandise Manager you will be responsible for the actioning of the groups' social medial platforms, content management and admin-based support for merchandise activities.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Creating & scheduling of organic social media

Creating & scheduling of paid social media - actioning & management of paid content including writing copy, developing audience targeting, assessing & optimising ads + uploading to members toolbox

Producing, reviewing, and analysing monthly social media report for each brand

Strategising & planning content for each month
-
Supporting members with social media enquiries e.g. assist with page creations & recommendations for improvements

Assisting with the preparation of EDMs & newsletters

Assisting with the maintenance of websites

Assisting with catalogue spreadsheet and handle member enquiries

Assisting with organising & attending annual conference (may also include trade fairs | supplier events and various training sessions)

Assisting with raising of purchase orders and daily input of orders into SAP; picking & packing & despatching orders

Assisting with incoming stock deliveries, quality checking
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Adobe InDesign essential
-
Previous experience in a similar role
-
Social media content creation & management in a business environment
-
Facebook Business Suite & Business Manager including Facebook ads, events, and reporting
-
Relevant tertiary studies an advantage
-
Very high attention to detail
-
Intermediate MS Excel
-
Experience working in the Fine Jewellery industry an advantage
