Senior Administration Officer - Local Council

This local government organisation is seeking an experienced administrator. This is a great role to have on your resume and won't be around for long!

 

Duties will include:

  • General office administration 
  • Formatting correspondence
  • Reviewing incoming correspondence and preparing (composing) and sending outgoing correspondence
  • Preparing and composing documents reports, letters and submissions
  • Attending meetings; minute taking; and distribution of same

 

Essential requirements of the role:

  • Intermediate PC skills including MS Word
  • Experience providing support to senior officers
  • SAP and TRIM experience highly regarded, however not essential
  • Confident with formatting and preparing letters in word format
  • Strong experience providing office support
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills including experience composing and preparing submissions and reports
  • Well developed time management skills
