General Labourer - Parks & Gardens - Local Council

• 8 month + assignment with likely extension

This respected local council is seeking an experienced General Labourer to work with their busy Horticulture and Tree Planting Teams. 8 month role with likely extension! Working hours are 6am - 2pm

Duties will include:

• Gardening duties including: pruning, mulching, planting and weed management
• Use of whipper snipper and lawn mower
• Ensuring public walkways are clean and tidy
• General labouring duties in and around the public area

Essential requirements:

• White Card essential
• Previous labouring experience within gardens/maintenance teams
• MR license is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work without supervision
• Own PPE essential
• Traffic Control Qualification desirable but not essential
