Facilities Campus Assistant

• 1 x long term temporary positions - full time hours

• Mon to Fri - primarily 7:00am to 2:30pm 

• Kensington area - close to transport

Your Role:

As part of a dedicated campus operations team, you will engage in a broad range of day to day activities across College operations to facilitate the delivery of a high-class student experience.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Set up and maintenance of classrooms, common & student areas (across 2 buildings)

• Stocking of office and kitchen supplies

• Ensuring the neat & tidy presentation of reception areas

• Receiving & distributing deliveries & mail

• Preparation of spaces & materials for events

• Logging & checking service ticket requests

• Ensuring company cars are ready for use

• Pick up of supplies & errands as required

Required Skills & Experience:

• Ability to perform physical functions | manual lifting (up to 25 kilos)

• Previous experience performing similar duties in either facilities | building | office | hospitality | warehouse operations 

• Computer literacy - working knowledge of MS Word and preferably CRM

• Driver licence

• Flexibility to work varying and | or additional hours when required
