This role provides high level clerical and administrative support to this busy state government organisation.


Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Booking appointments, meetings and organise conferences
  • Provide secretarial support to committees, including preparation of agendas, recording and distributing minutes and organising any follow up.
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist in the recording of patient appointments in PAS and CHIME


Requirements required:

  • Experience with MS Office, TRIM, Database management
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Accurate alpha/numeric data entry
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Ability to multi task
