Patrick Medd is the Director, Asia Pacific Advisory Learning & Development with EY.  He is a recognised leader and expert in global learning designs which supports a global audience of up to 45,000 employees.  He is also an ambassador for Diversity and Inclusion, and is Chair of EY's UNITY team.  Patrick began his career in the UK and Europe where he discovered his passion for learning, and over the years he has worked with a wide variety of high profile organisations.
